This site marks the beginning of something we believe is long overdue: a dedicated space for everyday Texans who care about transparency, fairness, and facts. After months of behind-the-scenes work, community outreach, and hard lessons, we’re proud to launch with a simple goal—make it easier to get involved, get informed, and get help. Whether you’re here to read, contribute, or just learn, you’re in the right place.

In just eight months, we’ve built this platform with almost no overhead and very little debt—thanks almost entirely to grassroots support. But to move forward, we need to finish covering the operational costs and upstart expenses that got us here. Only then can we fully launch the next phase of our mission: providing mutual aid to families in crisis, helping residents file anonymous (and hopefully cost-free) Public Information Act requests, covering records fees for those who can’t afford them, spotlighting local charitable efforts, and creating accessible tools to help people organize, speak up, and drive real change in their communities.
